Having been a personal trainer, nurse and massage therapist for the last decade I believe living that a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body.

My aim is to help you identify your goals, design an exercise and nutrition program that fits your needs and guide you through ethe whole process.

It can be easy to get stuck in your ways or feel that changes you have made aren’t working. Working with me we can train in ways that will be challenging, fun and goal specific. You’ll become stronger, leaner and fitter in more ways than one. Using protocols designed around your needs, backed by science we can build a program for you that will get results and that you can maintain.

I have always worked with a wide variety of clients from stroke patients to olympic athletes. All this experience is available for you to make use of when working with me.

As well as physical training and recovery I know how important every persons’ psychological health journey can be. We can all struggle at times. My aim is to build a training and recovery plan around helping you feel as confident and proud of your achievements as possible. This might mean training as hard as possible in the gym, learning to love and appreciate your relationship with food, getting better sleep and taking any new found positivity found in the gym into the rest of your life.
