Fred's a great person to train with. He has a plethora of knowledge around the body's mechanics, whether that's your nutrition and what you put into your body; your fitness and the results you get out of your body; or the health of your body and mind. Would definitely recommend to anyone
Having put on a bit of weight and losing motivation to exercise I asked Fred for some guidance. His PT sessions were excellent. He listened to my needs and planned a challenging yet effective program which gave me great satisfaction at the end of every session. Fred pushed me to get into exercise again and by the end of the program I changed my body shape, toned up and felt a lot better about myself.
